Just had my first Reiki session with Paige. Having had an immense amount of trauma happen in my life, I was skeptical at best. I’ve suffered from debilitating neck pain for around 9 years, and it flares considerably when I’m stressed. My neck has been terrible for months now. I had surface level knowledge of what Reiki was, and was so interested in learning more. I’ve been leaning more into more holistic remedies lately.
